Fun Fact: When I’m not working, I love to cycle, whether it be teaching an indoor cycle class or road biking outdoors. Between teaching indoor cycle classes and group riding on the weekends, I average about 100+ miles a week. When I go on vacations, we always try to work in some sort of bike ride to explore the areas we are visiting.
